Two layer brass cornered set by Kolbe of Phil. Partial label on the interior is consistent with the label in use during the civil war. The set utilizes a key lock thus was a civilian set. This is a partial set but all instruments present are marked Kolbe. Kolbe was in business from 1851 -1878. The tourniquet is marked Kolbe as well. Circa 1861 -1865.
