Complete set by Aloe. St Louis Missouri. Four out of five knives marked A.S.Aloe. The rongeur is a replacement and is marked Otto & Sons which would be of the same era and it does fit the slot well. There is a key that does work. Brass escutcheon on top marked Dr. Estes whom I have not researched. According to the seller, it is N.D.Estes. Circa 1880.
